Launching of the Fast Track Motorsports Park Circuit the newest Circuit in Town (FTMP)
Our dream
of having a off road race track within
10 minutes for the center of Makati
City located in Taguig City has just
been realized. A sprawling 5 hectare
off Road Park in a completely walled
in area complete with 5 star fully
air conditioned clubhouse with suites
and function hall owned and operated
by Xtreme Worx Philipines.
A multi million
peso facility to be launched January
1, 2007 and currently under construction
at 70 % completion is the best venue
for hosting different corporate events
and safety approved legal races. First
event shall be the NAMSSA year end
awards to be held on December 29,
2006.
THE CONCEPT
In order to bring
motorsports to the center of the city
was the main goal of having this sprawling
fenced 5 hectare off road facility
in Taguig City. This race circuit
shall be approved for safety standards
by the governing body of motorcycle
sports in the Philippines today the
NAMSSA together with the Federation
Internationale de Motocycliste.
This facility shall
be a multi purpose track for different
events such as and not limited to:
motocross, supercross, 4x4, rally
cross, mountain bike, racing / driving
schools, kartcross, product demo for
pick ups & SUV, corporate events
with rental machines available and
media events with the beauty of being
all within the city center.
There is also a
“Ride under the lights portion” of
the race track for night time events.
Our clubhouse is composed of a seminar
/ function hall with wide screen projector,
3 air conditioned suites with baths
in full view circuit, washing area
facilities, public toilets & drivers
pit area.
OPPORTUNITIES
Since this venue
is the first of its kind and has the
potential in the future for a permanent
on and off road circuit, the most
important part is of its location.
Corporate events and product demo
with opportunities for 2 year bill
board signage’s can be had with this
facility. Within its easy reach of
the city center shall ensure the crowds
and television media coverage for
the further growth of the market share
of your products.
LOCATION
Upon exiting the
South Superhighway in Bicutan exit
turn toward the lake and cross over
the rail road and go straight for
700 meters( passing DOST on your left
). Upon reaching the hall of justice
to the left turn left inside the compound
go straight 50 meters and upon hitting
the T junction you may see the clubhouse
in the left side center of the track.
If you pass the main gate of the Camp
Bagong Diwa on the right you have
past the turning on the left and please
make a u turn and make the first right
turn. Kindly proceed there and welcome
to be our guests !
